Cancelation/Refund Policy

Effective for deposits made after August 15th 2023:

As we continue to grow as a company and advance our manufacturing capabilities, we have come to a point where we are transitioning from small scale to large scale manufacturing. What does this mean? It means that instead of building parts in quantities of one & two, we are now building dozens of standardized parts at once based on current order volume. 

With the change, we are able to produce a higher volume of beds and faster. This is resulting in lower lead times for our most popular products and maintained lead times for the more unique/custom builds despite a continual increase in demand. 

How does this change effect our cancellation policy?

Essentially we begin manufacturing some portion of your order almost immediately after you place your deposit. Regardless if your lead time is 3 weeks or 12 months, we are still manufacturing parts of the build as we enter that specific part numbers manufacturing in our timeline. As a result of this increase in efficiency, refunds are available for 72 hours after the deposit has been made. After that timeframe, the deposit is non-refundable.

For any of you that feel uneasy about this policy, we encourage you to not place a deposit until you are certain you want the best bed in the business on your build. Then come see us!
